Reservations for the trips are to be made at the administrative office of the Club. Reservations will be considered confirmed upon receiving a down-payment equal to 30% of the total cost of the trip. The trip must be paid in full directly to the person organizing the trip who will hand you the paid-in-full receipt.

The trips will take place with a minimum of 8 or 15 participants. Numbers of participants different to those just listed will be made available on a last minute basis.

The trips include the bus ride (including the driver and the Tour Guide). The fees incurred to enter ticketed monuments and those incurred to purchase lunches will however not be included and thus will be the responsibility of the guests.
